Sofia Pina

Sofia joined Hilltop in 2025 after relocating from Miami, Florida to North Carolina. Her background is in business and foreign policy, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Governance, Economics, and Legal Order from ESADE University in Barcelona. After completing her studies, she discovered a strong interest in financial planning and decided to pursue a career helping others achieve their financial goals.

As an associate, Sofia supports the development and review of financial strategies, prepares for client meetings, and contributes to managing Hilltop’s overall planning process.

Sofia lives in Durham with her husband, Alejandro. She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and exploring new places.
