Madelaine Pierce

Madelaine joined Hilltop in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing. As a marketing specialist, she supports the Hilltop marketing team with content creation, graphic design, and marketing strategy.

Madelaine earned a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from East Carolina University. Madelaine served as the founding President of East Carolina University's Toastmasters International chapter for public speaking, is a former member of the National Society of High School Scholars, and is a graduate of Winston Churchill High School's Signature Program for Performing Arts.

She enjoys spending time with her two children, her two dogs, and supporting her local church. In her free time, Madelaine loves being outdoors and expressing her creativity through watercolors, charcoal art, and creative writing.
