Madelaine Pierce

Madelaine joined Hilltop in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing. As a marketing specialist, she supports the Hilltop marketing team with content creation, graphic design, and marketing strategy.

Madelaine earned a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from East Carolina University and is a graduate of the Washington Semester Program for Journalism at American University.

Madelaine served as the founding President of East Carolina University's Toastmasters International chapter for public speaking, and is a member of the North Carolina Poetry Society.

She enjoys spending time with her two children, her boyfriend Trent, and her German Shepard Sam. In her free time, Madelaine leads bible study for preschoolers through Kindergarten at her church in Clayton, NC and enjoys spending time outdoors or expressing her creativity through watercolors, charcoal art, and creative writing.
