Ben Yeager, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, APMA®
Chief executive officer, PARTNER
“I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyed learning how to save and invest for the future. It is especially rewarding to use these skills to help others pursue their goals.”
Ben began his financial advising career in 2001 after graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Financial Services and Planning. While interning under several mentors, including Hilltop’s founder Don Rutledge, he discovered a passion for helping people make confident, values-driven financial decisions—a calling that has guided his work ever since.
At just 23, Ben became one of the nation’s youngest CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals. In the two decades since, he has earned additional designations including CLU®, ChFC®, and APMA®, and built a reputation for thoughtful, strategic leadership.
As Hilltop’s CEO, Ben leads the firm’s vision, growth strategy, and client experience. He’s dedicated to fostering a collaborative, client-first culture and driving Hilltop’s continued innovation—while staying true to its mission of helping clients live the life of their dreams, make wise decisions with confidence, and better the world around them.
A proud Texan, Ben played goalkeeper for the Baylor Bears, follows the Dallas Cowboys year-round, and treats smoked brisket like a competitive sport. He and his wife, Leah, love traveling with their two children, Tyler and Ava—whether they’re exploring national parks or visiting ancient cities around the world.
