Justin Borreggine

Justin joined Hilltop in 2023, having prior operations experience at both a small, local firm and one of the nation’s largest asset managers. As a senior client service associate, he prepares client meeting agendas, manages post-meeting action items, and services client accounts.

Justin earned a BS in Professional Studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation.

He lives in Raleigh with his wife, Emma, and their cat, Stella. He loves sports, especially Penn State and Philadelphia teams, and listening to the Beach Boys. He also enjoys exploring the Triangle’s many breweries.
